I had messaged Rinku in distress after having 2 awful experiences with PRP appointments. She was kind and got me in asap. I was nervous and didn't have much hope for the appointment as after multiple attempts in the first 2 appointments, they could not draw my blood (they told me my veins were unreachable). However, Rinku was able to do what I thought was impossible. She drew my blood first try and got everything we needed seamlessly. I contacted Rinku to discuss some solutions for my extreme hair loss. My hair loss was caused by postpartum and high levels of stress.
