Appointment Policy:

Arriving late can impact your valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, arriving late by more than 15 minutes could potentially result in having to reschedule your appointment. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Booking Deposits:

A booking deposit of $50 is required for ALL first time clients. A booking deposit may also be required for returning clients in cases where products need to be acquired and/or have limited shelf life (ie IV Therapy).

Deposits will be kept on file and deducted from the total costs for the associated appointment.

​

Cancellation &/or No Show Policy:

At Elev8 Aesthetic Medicine Inc. we have a 48 hour Cancellation &/or No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ schedule.  Many of our products/services require preparation in advance.  Cancelled appointments can sometimes result in waste, ie. Products that have a limited shelf life which would subsequently need to be discarded. 

 

Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

What if I reschedule?

If an appointment is rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit paid will be credited for future services at Elev8 Aesthetic Medicine Inc.

If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit paid will be forfeited and applied in the same manner as a last minute cancellation. A new deposit will be required for the new booking.

​

What about consultations?

A deposit of $50 is required for new clients scheduling consultations.

If the client subsequently proceeds with a treatment or service, the deposit will be applied to the first invoice.

​

If the client decides not to proceed with any treatments or services, the booking fee is retained as a cost for the consultation.

​

If a client has no shown, cancelled OR rescheduled 3 times, they will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked in advance, last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Elev8 team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

​

Deposits will be reversed in two situations only. 

​

1. If an appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice

​

2. If after a consultation appointment, it is found a client is not medically eligible for services for which they booked

​

Refunds on Services

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

 

Refunds on Products

We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
